How Does It Work?

1. Login to your Employer Dashboard and head to English Jobs to draft your job advertisement.
   
   
2. Before posting, you will see the packages (e.g., 7-day Featured Job or 4-week Featured Job), and at the bottom of the page, you’ll see an option to boost your job ad with SnatchJobs. To opt-in, just tick the checkbox.
   
   
   
    ❗ Note: The SnatchJobs feature is only available for English Jobs and for New Jobs.
   
   
3. The system will show you the coin breakdown and allow you to confirm your selection before publishing.
   
   

What Are the Costs and Benefits?

❗ Note: Additional coins are only charged when you choose to cross-post your job ad. This cost is on top of your selected FastJobs job ad package.
