Can I cancel a shift that I have posted?
Yes, we understand that unexpected situations may occur, requiring a shift cancellation. However, please be aware that our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and protect Giggers who have committed their time and availability for the scheduled shift.
If a cancellation or rejection occurs:
- Less than 48 hours before the shift start time, you will be required to compensate the gigger with a minimum of 2 hours' pay based on their Pay Rate, or at least $20—whichever is higher.
- More than 48 hours before the shift start time, no compensation is required.
To proceed with cancelling the shift, please navigate to the Schedule menu, click on the specific shift that you wish to cancel, and click on the “Unpublish” button.
