How to Change Your Password or Email on FastJobs

No stress! If you need to refresh your security credentials or update your login details, we’ve got you covered. Here is a quick, step-by-step guide to keeping your account current.

1. Changing your password

You can update your password directly within your account settings at any time. Here is how to do it:

On the FastJobs App:

  1. Head over to your [Profile] tab and tap the Settings icon (the gear symbol in the top-right corner).
  2. Select [Change Password] from the menu.
  3. Enter your current password, type in your new one, and hit save!


On the FastJobs Website:

  1. Click on your profile name at the top right of the homepage and select [Account Settings].
  2. Navigate to the password section to type in and confirm your new security key.

🔒 Tip: Make it strong! To keep your personal data and applications completely secure, your new password must include:

- At least 8 characters

- A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters

- At least 1 number


 

2. Changing your email address

To protect your identity and prevent unauthorized access to your account data, email updates are securely handled by our support staff rather than done manually in-app.

If you have a new email address you'd like to use for job alerts and logins, simply drop a quick message to us at customercare@fastjobs.sg. To help us process your request instantly, please include the following details in your email:

  • Your currently registered FastJobs email address
  • The new email address you would like to switch to
  • Your registered mobile number

Why do we need your mobile number? We use your phone number purely for a quick security verification. It helps us confirm that you are the true owner of the account and lets us safely update your details without any delay!
