How can I change my password and/or email address?

1. Change of Password
 
You can now change your password in-app. How?
  1. Go to [Profile] and tap on the setting icon at the top right-hand corner.
  2. Tap on [Change Password]
Please take note of the requirements for your new password: 8 or more characters, uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and at least 1 number.

2. Change of Email Address
 
If you wish to change your email address, please contact customercare@fastjobs.sg. Our Customer Care representatives will be happy to assist you.
 
Please provide the following when you send in your request:
  1. Registered email address on FastJobs
  2. New Email Address
  3. Mobile Number
 
* Why do I have to provide my mobile number?  This is for verification purposes and is necessary for the retrieval of your account details from our system.
