Is there a way to view or export my FastCoins usage history?
Keeping tabs on your hiring budget is easy! You can view or download a complete breakdown of your FastCoin transactions directly from your dashboard whenever you need it.
How to view your FastCoins history
You can find your Transactions Page (also known as your coins history page) in two quick ways:
Option 1: Click on your company profile in the top right corner of your Employer Dashboard and select [Coins History].
Option 1: Click on your company profile in the top right corner of your Employer Dashboard and select [Coins History].

Option 2: Head over to [SETTINGS] from your dashboard menu and locate the [History] section.
Once you're there, you'll see a clear, line-by-line breakdown of every single coin earned, spent, or expired.

How to export your usage history
If you need to download a copy for your accounting team or internal records, you can export your history as a CSV file in a few simple steps:
- Click on the [Filter] button.
- Choose the exact date range you want to look at, then click [Apply filter].
- Once your filtered list loads, click on [Export CSV].

💡 Quick Tip: For the fastest download speed, try to keep your filtered date range under 10,000 rows of data at a time!
As soon as you hit export, a quick confirmation pop-up will appear in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Keep an eye on your inbox—your CSV file will be emailed to you shortly after (delivery times just depend a little bit on how large the file is).
