Found the perfect hire ahead of schedule? Congratulations! If you’ve successfully filled your vacancy and no longer need your job post to stay live, you can easily take it down right from your dashboard.

Step-by-step guide to expiring your job ad

1. Log into your FastJobs account and head over to your main dashboard.
2. Locate the specific job advertisement you want to close.
3. Click on the [More Actions] button on the right side of that listing and choose [Expire Job Post].

Once clicked, your ad will instantly move offline and will no longer be visible to active job seekers.

A quick thing to keep in mind

You are welcome to expire your job post at any time, even if its original 1-week or 4-week duration hasn't completely run out yet. However, please note that expiring an ad early does not qualify for a refund or a credit adjustment, as all job postings are considered final once published.
