How do I manually check Giggers into their shift or adjust the check-in time on FastGig Business Platform?

Manual check-ins for giggers are available on the FastGig Business platform if QR code scanning issues occur or a time adjustment is required for the checked-in gigger.

Access the “Attendance Dashboard” within the “Tools” section and apply filters for the relevant outlet, job, and shift. Identify giggers listed as “Yet to Check-in” or “Late Yet Check-in,” then click their names to manually update their status to either “Check-in” or “No Show”. Once you have changed the status to “Check-in”, it is necessary to input the gigger's actual time of arrival.

Note: If a gigger remains unchecked when a shift concludes, the platform automatically transitions their status to “No Show”. Further changes can be made after the “No Show” status.
