As a FastJobs employer, you have total flexibility to choose your preferred contact methods. This ensures that job seekers can apply in the way that makes the most sense for your day-to-day workflow. Plus, no matter which method they choose, you can always view, manage, and shortlist everyone right from the FastJobs Employer Dashboard.


Setting your application method

When you're creating or editing a job post, simply scroll down to the “Set your application method” section. You can tick the box for one, or select a mix of these options:

  • FAST Apply: Receive a neat email notification every time a candidate applies through the platform, allowing you to review their full digital resume instantly.
  • WhatsApp: Give job seekers the green light to message you directly on WhatsApp—perfect for quick, casual screening.
  • SMS: Receive applications or quick intros straight to your phone via text message.
  • Phone Call: Let applicants call your hiring line directly for immediate over-the-phone chats.
