How do I schedule an interview from my dashboard?

Found a candidate you love? You can easily coordinate and arrange interviews directly from your dashboard. The best part? FastJobs automatically handles the reminders, so you and your candidates stay perfectly on the same page.

Step-by-step guide

  • Step 1: Open your applicant pool
    Log into your Employer Dashboard, find the specific job post you're hiring for, and click [View Applicants].

  • Step 2: Choose your candidate
    Find the applicant you’d like to meet, click on the [More Actions] button next to their name, and select [Schedule Interview].

  • Step 3: Fill in the interview details
    Set your preferred date and time, and add the contact person's name and interview location (or a virtual meeting link).

    Tip: Use the notes section to add helpful details like dress code, building navigation tips, or specific documents they should bring along!

  • Step 4: Send the invitation
    Once everything looks good, hit [Send Invite]. The applicant will instantly receive a beautifully formatted message with all the details they need to confirm.

Keep your internal notes fresh by dropping feedback right onto the candidate's profile after your chat.

Just click [Review] on the right side of their profile to rate them (Positive / Neutral / Negative), jot down your interview notes, or even block them from future applications if they weren't a great fit. It’s a lifesaver for keeping your team aligned!
