How do I upload a Resume? And what if I don’t have one?

Having a polished resume attached to your profile is the easiest way to stand out to employers and get hired faster. On FastJobs, managing your resume is incredibly simple, whether you already have a file ready to go or need to build one from scratch.

Where to manage your resume

Open the FastJobs app and tap on your [Profile] tab.
Scroll down until you find the Resume section.
Tap the Edit button (the pencil icon) to open your options.

From here, you have two convenient choices: Upload your own file or Generate a digital resume instantly.

Option 1: Upload your own file

If you already have a resume prepared, you can upload it directly from your device. To ensure our system can read your document and share it with employers correctly, please make sure your file meets the following requirements:

Accepted Formats: PDF, DOC, or DOCX
Maximum File Size: 5MB or smaller

Once your file is selected, simply click Continue to save it to your profile.

Option 2: What if I don't have a resume?

Don't worry if you don't have a formal document ready! FastJobs has a built-in feature that can auto-create one for you. Simply select the option to Generate, and our system will instantly compile all the details you’ve already filled out in your profile (like your work history, education, and skills) into a clean, professional layout that employers love.

Tip: Once your resume is uploaded or generated, you can tap View (the eye icon) at any time to see exactly what employers will see. You can also tap Send (the email icon) to instantly email a downloadable copy of your resume directly to your registered inbox!
