How to create a shift?
After you create a job, you can allocate shifts to outlets that need gigger support.
Follow these instructions to add your shifts:

- Navigate to the “Schedule” menu and select “Add Shift.”
- Choose the appropriate job position.
- Input the shift date along with the start and end times.
- State any unpaid break times in “break time (unpaid)” to facilitate cost adjustment. If you’re giving a paid break to the gigger, do not fill in any details here. You may state in the job description that a break of x hours will be given.
- Specify the total number of giggers required.
- The hourly base wage will be filled in automatically based on the job you create, though you can edit it if needed.
- Check the automatically calculated expected costs based on the provided wage.
- Use the “Repeat Shift” toggle for recurring schedules or multiple dates (up to 7 days).
- Activate “Publish Shift” when you are ready for giggers to view and apply for the position.
- If you prefer to wait, you can save the shift as a draft and publish it later by selecting the shift and clicking “Publish.”
- After publishing, the shift information will appear within a white box on your scheduling calendar.
