How to Repost an Expired Job Ad on FastJobs
Need to hire for a role you've advertised in the past? Bringing back a previous job post is incredibly easy! There’s no need to rewrite everything from scratch—you can get it live again in just a few quick steps.
Step-by-step guide to reposting
- Log into your Employer Dashboard.
- Select either the English Jobs or Chinese 中文 tab at the top, depending on how your original ad was written.
- Click on the [Expired] filter section to view your past listings that have ended.
- Find the exact job post you want to bring back, and simply click [Repost job].
- Set your new preferred posting duration (1 week or 4 weeks) just like you would for a brand-new ad, confirm your FastCoins, and you're all set!

⚠️ A quick note on dashboard storage
To keep your dashboard running smoothly and clutter-free, job ads that have been expired for more than 60 days will automatically be retired from the system and will no longer be accessible.
Tip: If you have standard job descriptions that you reuse throughout the year, we highly recommend saving a backup copy of the text in a separate document on your computer. It’s a super simple way to make sure your favorite job templates are always handy, even after the 60-day dashboard window closes!
Having any technical hiccups?
If you can't find an ad or hit a snag while trying to repost, don't worry. Just reach out to us via the [Contact Support] button right on your dashboard, or drop our team a line at fj-salessupport.sg@fastco.asia—we'll be happy to help you sort it out.
What's next?
Once your reposted ad goes live, you might realize you want to update a few details, like tweaking the salary or adding a new perk. Check out our guide on [Can I edit my job posting after it goes live?] to see exactly how you can make quick adjustments on the fly!
