# How to set criteria for auto-allocation and auto- recommendation?

By setting the specific criteria for auto-allocation and auto-recommendation, you allow the platform to efficiently manage shift assignments and maintain swift contact with your preferred giggers.

1. Go to “Jobs” menu and click on the “3 dots” on published job that you wish to enable auto-allocation or recommendation
2. Select “Rules” tab
3. Set criteria such as “work experience”, “past outlet / gig role history”, giggers who have “enable recommendation notification” and more
