My FastCoins are expiring. What can I do?
FastCoins have a validity period based on the package purchased. To make the most of your coins, we strongly encourage you to log in to your Employer Dashboard and use your account actively before your coins expire.
You can easily check your coins balance and expiration date on your Employer Dashboard's Homepage!
If you're unsure whether you'll be able to use all your coins before they expire, the good news is that remaining FastCoins can be rolled over with a renewal, so they won't go to waste! Contact your friendly Account Manager to learn how you can do this.
Once your coins have expired for more than 3 months, they cannot be retrieved. However, you can purchase a new package to get more coins. Rest assured, we always send reminder emails to registered users, so you'll be notified before your FastCoins expire!
