My FastCoins are expiring. What can I do?
We want to make sure you get the absolute most out of your hiring budget! Here is everything you need to know about keeping track of your FastCoins and what to do if they are nearing their expiry date.
Do FastCoins expire?
Yes, FastCoins do have a validity period, which depends on the specific package you purchased. To make sure you don't miss out on using them, we highly recommend regularly checking your Employer Dashboard and putting them to work on your active job listings.
Don't worry about keeping track completely on your own, though—we’ll always send out friendly reminder emails to your registered inbox before your coins expire!
How can I check my FastCoins balance and expiry date?
It’s super easy. Your current FastCoin balance and its exact expiration date are always prominently displayed right on the Homepage of your Employer Dashboard.
Can I extend, roll over, or reinstate my FastCoins?
We have some great news! You don't have to let those unused coins go to waste.
- Rolling over active coins: If your coins are about to expire, you can roll your remaining balance over simply by renewing your package before the expiry date hits.
- Reinstating expired coins: If your coins have already expired, you can still get them back! Just make sure to reach out to us within 3 months of the expiry date. You can renew your expired coins up to the exact number of new coins you are purchasing (for example, buying 50 new coins allows you to reinstate up to 50 expired ones).
Note: If your coins have been expired for more than 3 months, they officially retire and can no longer be retrieved. If that happens, you're always welcome to purchase a fresh package to keep your hiring momentum going!
