Yes, FastCoins have a validity period that depends on the package you purchased. To avoid losing any unused coins, we recommend regularly logging in to your Employer Dashboard and using your account actively before your coins expire.
How can I check my FastCoins balance and expiry date?
You can easily view your current coin balance and expiration date from the Homepage of your Employer Dashboard.
Can I extend or roll over my FastCoins?
If you're worried about using up your FastCoins in time, here's the good news:
Remaining coins can be rolled over when you renew your package—they won’t go to waste! Reach out to your Account Manager to learn how.
What happens if my FastCoins expire?
If your coins have been expired for more than 3 months, they cannot be retrieved. However, you're welcome to purchase a new package to get more coins.
