I can’t create an account. What can I do?

We recommend you check for any error prompts when applying for an account. Some common creation issues could be due to:

  1. Unable to Receive Confirmation message via SMS - Registering for a FastJobs account requires a Singapore phone number (+65). If you do not have a Singapore phone number, we are unable to process your registration.
  2. Invalid Email Address - Make sure that your Email is spelt correctly and without additional spacings or symbols. If the problem persists, you may use another Email address or register via SMS confirmation instead.
  3. "This Email is Already in Use" - The Email address is currently registered in our system. Please use another Email address and try again. If you have forgotten your password, click here to retrieve your password.
If none of these seem to be your issue, kindly reach our support team via customercare@fastjobs.sg with a screenshot of the login error. Our experienced officers will help you to look into the matter.
