I forgot my password and/or login email address. What can I do?

1. Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on [Forgot Password]. The reset link will send to your registered email address


If you did not receive an email from FastJobs [Subject Heading: FastJobs Reset Password], please contact customercare@fastjobs.sg and our Customer Care will assist you.

2. Forgot Email Address

However, if you do not have access to your registered email or forgot your email address, please contact customercare@fastjobs.sg. Our Customer Care team will be able to assist you. Please include your mobile number and name in the email for us to sieve out your account details.
