I made a purchase with a sales representative and received my FastCoins. When will I receive my bill?

In general, you should receive an Invoice for your purchase within 3-5 working days from the date of your signed order received by our sales support team.

 

During this time frame, you should receive an invoice from noreply@fastjobs.sg for your processing.

 

We recommend that you check with the necessary AP and Procurement teams on your end for any special invoicing instructions (for eg. if your company requires PO numbers to be inserted in the invoice) to be shared with your FastJobs sales representative and finance.sg@fastco.asia before an invoice is issued to you for a smoother transaction.
