It calculates this time based on how quickly you move candidates to different folders *(Shortlisted, KIV, Hired, or Rejected*) or schedule interviews with them. This feature offers several benefits: - **Enhance Employer Branding:** Your response ratings indicate a quick response time that showcases your company’s professionalism and efficiency. This boosts your reputation and makes your organisation more attractive to top talent. - **Improve Hiring Experience:** By highlighting your response times, response ratings can help speed up the hiring process and attract more candidates.
