Our tool provides clear, data-driven guidelines for the salary you're offering, helping you understand whether it's considered low, average, or high for the position you're hiring. 

Here’s how to get started! 

  1. While posting a new job, fill in the Job Position and Job Classification fields.

  2. Next, scroll down to the Salary section and enter the salary amount you were planning to offer, and select the salary type (monthly or hourly)
