Here’s how to get started! 

1. While posting a new job, fill in the Job Position and Job Classification fields.
   
   
2. Next, scroll down to the Salary section and enter the salary amount you were planning to offer, and select the salary type (monthly or hourly)
   
   
3. Right away, our system will generate a chart showing where your offered salary ranks compared to the market, whether it's low, average, or high.
