Unlocking Jobseeker Profiles

The Unlock Profile feature allows you to access a jobseeker’s full details from the Talent Search library. This includes contact information, resume, and additional profile insights to help you identify and reach suitable candidates faster.

Unlocking profiles is especially useful when:

• You want to proactively reach out to suitable candidates

• You need access to contact details for faster hiring

• You’re sourcing candidates beyond job applications
  
  

What information can I access and how long will it be available?

Once you unlock a profile, you’ll be able to view the jobseeker's contact details and resume. 

Access to each unlocked profile will remain available for 3 months.

How does unlocking work and how much does it cost?

To use this feature, your company must also have an active job ad.

1. Go to Talent Search in your dashboard 
   
   

2. Select a candidate from the list
   
   

3. Click to unlock and review the confirmation pop-up. Each profile unlock costs 6 coins. Your coin balance will be shown before you confirm.

4. Click Confirm to proceed
   
   

Note: Each company is limited to 10,000 profile unlocks per month.

Can I undo or refund an unlock?

Once a profile is unlocked, the coins used are non-refundable. We recommend reviewing the candidate’s preview information carefully before confirming.
