Unlocking Jobseeker Profiles

Found a promising candidate in our database? The Unlock Profile feature allows you to instantly access a job seeker’s full professional details directly from the Talent Search library. This gives you immediate visibility into their contact information, complete resume, and deeper profile insights, allowing you to reach out and hire faster.

Proactively unlocking profiles is your best strategy when:

  • You want to reach out to suitable candidates
  • You need instant access to contact details for an urgent hire.
  • You want to source high-quality talent who haven't stumbled across your live ads yet.

What information do I get, and how long does it last?

Once you unlock a profile, the job seeker's full contact details and digital resume are made fully visible to you.

To give you ample time to coordinate interviews and share details with your internal team, your access to each unlocked profile remains wide open for 3 full months from the day you unlock it.

How to unlock a profile

To use this feature, your company must have at least one active, live job ad on the platform. When you're ready to source:

  1. Head over to [Talent Search] on your Employer Dashboard.

  2. Browse the database and click on any candidate to view their mini-preview.

  3. Click [Unlock Profile] to bring up the confirmation pop-up displaying the FastCoin cost.
  4. Click [Confirm] to deduct the coins and instantly reveal their details!

Note: Each company account is capped at a generous limit of 10,000 profile unlocks per month.

Can I undo or refund a profile unlock?

Because access to the candidate's personal data is granted immediately, all profile unlocks are final and the FastCoins used cannot be refunded. We highly recommend taking a close look at the candidate’s free preview info (like their industry experience and general skills) to make sure they're a great fit before hitting confirm!
