What does the different rostering status mean?

Once Giggers start signing up for your posted shift, you’ll be able to offer the shift to them! By default, all Giggers will initially be labeled as [In Review]. After reviewing a Gigger, you can move it to the appropriate label.

See below for the available statuses and their descriptions:

Status

Description

In review

The gigger has just applied to your shift and you can complete one of the following actions - Offer, Reject or KIV.

Incomplete

The gigger has either missed one or more of the required documents and/or answered one or more of the questionnaire questions wrongly.

Offer

You have just sent a offer for the shift to the gigger and the gigger can either accept or decline the offer.

Rejected

You have just rejected the giggers application for the shift and there are no further actions.

KIV

In the event where there are replacements needed for the shift, the system will auto-offer the shift to giggers placed in KIV and the status will be changed to Offer.

Declined

The gigger has declined your offer to work the shift and there are no further actions. If there is still a shortfall, you will need to offer the shifts to other giggers.

Confirmed

The gigger has accepted your offer to work the shift and is expected to turn up unless they cancel.

Cancelled

The gigger has cancelled a confirmed shift and indicated that they will not turn up. If there are KIV giggers, the system will auto-offer the shift to them.

On waitlist

This status is reserved for giggers who opted to apply for the shift even after it has been completed filled up.
