I've applied for jobs but did not get any response. What's happening?

As there are many job seekers applying for the same jobs, hiring managers may not be able to respond to every applicant as timely as expected. 

You can expect an average response time of 2-7 working days for them to get back to you if you've been shortlisted. In the meantime, you should keep your job search going by submitting more applications to different companies. This will open up more opportunities for you!

You can also check your application status in the app by going to "My Jobs" > " Applied Jobs".

Job searching can be daunting. To stand out amongst other fellow job seekers, make sure your profile is verified, has a resume, and has filled up your "Past Work Experience, Education, Language, and Skills".
