After the Gigger has shown up at work, can I decline a Gigger if they are not suitable for the job role I am hiring for?

FastGig gives you the flexibility to evaluate and assess Giggers to ensure they are the right fit for your role. If a Gigger is unsuitable for the job, you have the option to replace or remove them. However, please note that a fee may apply if you choose to remove a Gigger on the spot during their shift. FastGig reserves the right to assess the situation on a case-by-case basis regarding any possible fees incurred when a Gigger is removed from a shift. This process considers the specific reasons provided for the removal to maintain a balanced interest between clients and Giggers. Please also note that securing a replacement Gigger is dependent upon current availability.

Self-serve clients: You can mark a gigger as “Preferred” if you’d like to prioritise them for future shifts, and you could “Blacklist” those you prefer not to work with due to various reasons.

Concierge clients: We understand the importance of finding the right fit for your team. You could share your preferences with our Operations Team in order to better match you with the most suitable Giggers for your needs.
