CSP also helps with workforce planning and employee development by identifying skills and informing training and career growth decisions.

How do I benefit from Careers & Skills Passport as an Employers?
As an employer, you gain access to candidates with verified credentials seamlessly linked through leading job portals. This feature ensures that the profiles you review are backed by authentic, up-to-date records, saving you time on background checks and helping you make more confident hiring decisions. It's an efficient way to connect with credible talent and streamline your recruitment process.

How can I tell if a jobseeker has imported their information from the Careers & Skills Passport?
To identify applicants who have imported their profiles from Careers & Skills Passport, simply scroll through the list of applications and look for the following indicator.

Additionally, when you click on “View applicant’s full profile,” you’ll see both their original FastJobs profile and a “Careers & Skills Passport” section. Click on the latter to view the verified information they’ve confirmed.

Is there a way to filter applications to see only candidates with verified Careers & Skills Passport profiles?
When reviewing applications, you will have the option to filter and view only profiles with verified Careers & Skills Passport records or view all applicants. Simply toggle the filter to display only candidates with verified credentials.
