FastJobs Email Preferences: What You Can and Can’t Unsubscribe From

We understand that receiving frequent emails can feel overwhelming, but we’re committed to only sending you what truly matters. Read on to find out what you can and cannot unsubscribe from. 

Emails you cannot unsubscribe from:

The following emails are critical for your account and job applications and they help to ensure that you don’t miss out on any opportunities or account related updates.

  1. Job application updates – To notify you when an employer:
    • Receives your application (via FastApply)
    • Sends you a message on FastChat
    • Invites you to schedule an interview
  1. Verification emails – To confirm actions like account registration or password changes
  2. Important in-app/account updates – Changes made to your FastJobs account

You can opt out of our Marketing newsletter and #FastNews updates, which include:

    • Job tips and market trends
    • Promotions and event news
    • Exclusive job highlights

We do recommend staying subscribed to #FastNews to stay informed with the latest events, tips and tricks, and deals in the job market! But it’s completely up to you!


How to unsubscribe:

Option 1: Via Email
Simply scroll to the bottom of any marketing email and click the “unsubscribe” link.


    Option 2: Through the FastJobs App

    1. Open the FastJobs App
    2. Tap on your Profile icon
    3. Go to Settings
    4. Under Notifications, untick the option for Email notifications.

    Note: To make your profile discoverable to hiring managers and receive direct job invitations, ensure your "Profile Discovery" setting is switched to "Visible to employers".
