How do I schedule an interview from my dashboard?

Easily arrange interviews directly from candidate applications — complete with automated reminders!


Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Access Your Dashboard
    • Log in to your Employer Dashboard.
    • Locate the job post and click on ‘View applicants’.

  2. Choose a Candidate
    • Click on ‘More Actions’ next to the applicant you wish to interview.
    • Select ‘Schedule Interview’.

  3. Fill in Interview Details
    • Propose the preferred date and time.
    • Include the contact person's name and interview location.
    • You can also add additional notes (e.g., dress code, documents to bring).

  4. Send the Invitation
    • Once all details are filled, click ‘Send Invite’.
    • The applicant will receive an interview message with the following details:

After interviewing a candidate, don’t forget to provide feedback!

  • Click ‘Review’ on the right of the applicant’s profile.
  • Rate the candidate (Positive / Neutral / Negative), add notes, or even block them from future job applications if necessary.
