How can I set up an interview using my dashboard?
Easily schedule an interview right from the candidate’s application and enjoy the convenience of automated reminders sent directly to the candidates!
- Login to your Employer Dashboard, and locate your the job advertisement, and click on [View applicant].
- Click on 'More Actions' for the candidates you wish to interview and select 'Schedule an Interview with'.
- Select the preferred interview dates you'd like to propose to the applicant. Be sure to include the interviewer's name and location before sending the interview invitation.
- Once that's filled up, click 'Send Invite' and the candidate will receive a message with the following message.
💡 Employer Tip 💡
In the "Applicants" page, click on "Review" on the right side of the screen to provide feedback on the candidate once you have interview them. You can also add additional notes from the interview or block candidates from applying to your company's jobs.
