How do I add other users to manage the rostering?

Managing your team takes just a few clicks! On FastGig Business, you can add, edit, or remove users in just a few steps. Log in to your account, go to Tools, and select Team Management.

In the top right corner, click “+ Invite a User” and fill in the details below:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Email
  • Role (Manager, Owner, or Supervisor)
  • Contact No.

Once a user is invited, they’ll receive an email prompting them to set up a password on the platform. After creating their password, they can log in to FastGig Business using their email address and the new password.
