How do I decide who to roster?

By clicking on the gigger’s profile in Schedule, you will be able to view the gigger’s work experiences, a summary of their past bookings, and their ratings.

Ratings calculated based on ratings given by employers on FastGig Business for the gigger’s past shifts. The ratings will reflect penalties dished out to the gigger for no shows and late cancellations.

You can opt to roster giggers with the best ratings and work experiences that fit your requirements.
