I have specific requirements for the job. How can I ensure the Giggers meet these requirements?
Self-serve clients can clearly outline their needs in the "Requirement / Qualification" sections during job creation. Additionally, pre-set checkboxes are available in the "Required Documents" and "Additional Information" areas for your convenience.

You can add additional screening questions to help filter giggers during the scheduling process. By incorporating screening questions, the system can filter the gigger pool based on your precise criteria, automatically tagging any booking that fails the screening question(s) as “Incomplete”.
You may review these candidates and allocate them to the shift if you are willing to accept their limitations. Read more: Best practices when rostering & scheduling giggers
For Concierge clients, do reach out to our Operations Team to inform them of any specific requirements for your shift, such as requiring Giggers to hold a Food Hygiene Certificate. Our team will do our best to find suitable candidates for you. Please note that having specific requirements may reduce the number of available applicants.
Alternatively, you can include your requirements in the job description and filter candidates accordingly when selecting Giggers. While creating your ads, please ensure you comply with TAFEP regulations.
