Match Score

Finding the right candidate just got easier — Match Score helps you spot top-fit talent based on how well their profile matches your job.

  1. What is Match Score?
Looking to focus on candidates who best fit your role? Match Score makes it easy by showing a match percentage — from 10% to 100% — based on how well a jobseeker’s profile aligns with your job. You’ll find these scores in the [Invite Candidates] section, helping you streamline your hiring process and connect with top-fit talent faster.
  2. How does Match Score work?
Our system compares the job details you've entered with various factors from the jobseeker's profile, such as work experience, preferred locations, employment status, availability, skills, languages spoken and written, recent login activity, uploaded resumes, and educational background. Based on this comparison, the system generates a match percentage, reflecting how well the jobseeker's profile aligns with your job requirements.

The match score is categorized as follows:
    • Low Fit  (10%): If the jobseeker's profile doesn’t closely match your criteria, the match score will fall in the low range and be highlighted in red.
    • Moderate Match (50%): If the jobseeker’s profile partially matches your requirements, they will fall in the middle range, highlighted in yellow.
    • Best Match (100%): If the jobseeker’s profile aligns well with your criteria, they will be marked as a best match, with the score highlighted in green.

               💡 Tip:

Now that you've identified your best-match candidates, use the new "Send Note" feature to reach out and let them know you're interested in their profile and would like to discuss further. To save time, you can create and save message templates or customize them as needed for each candidate.
