My FastChat Conversation Cannot Be Resumed. What Happened?

Once a FastChat conversation is deleted, it cannot be retrieved or resumed. If you’ve accidentally removed a chat or left the conversation, unfortunately, there’s no way to restore it.

How FastChat Works

• Chats stay available in your inbox as long as you or the employer don’t leave or delete the conversation.
• If you choose to delete a chat, you’ll be asked to confirm your decision before it's permanently removed.

Tip: Don’t Delete Chats Too Soon

We recommend keeping your conversations with employers until you're sure the application process is over. These chats can serve as a useful reference for:

• Interview details
• Job expectations
• Follow-up messages

Once you're no longer pursuing the job or have already been hired elsewhere, you can go ahead and clear the chat for better inbox management.
