My Giggers did not show up. What should I do next?

Self-serve clients should attempt to reach out to the giggers directly. Should they remain unreachable after a follow-up call, you are advised to begin contacting your standby giggers currently on KIV status. In instances where a gigger fails to report for their shift without a legitimate justification, they will be subject to blacklisting.
For concierge clients, please contact our Operations Team with the details of the Gigger, and we will follow up with them immediately. If no valid reason is provided for their absence, the Gigger will be blacklisted. FastGig has a robust replacement protocol in place, and our team will immediately activate it to secure a same-day replacement on a best-effort basis.
