How is Giggers’ attendance being tracked by FastGig?
At FastGig, we utilize advanced technology and our robust platform to accurately track Giggers' attendance via geofencing. To ensure precise attendance records, each client is provided with a unique QR code for the outlet. Giggers must scan this QR code upon arrival at the designated work location. Once scanned, they can easily clock in to mark their arrival. Our system records the exact clock-in time, using geo-tagging to enhance accuracy. This allows us to maintain comprehensive and reliable attendance records for both our clients and Giggers. Attendance can be monitored online via the “Attendance Dashboard” under “Tools.” This dashboard provides a real-time view of daily attendance across all outlets, jobs, and shifts. By checking the status of each Gigger, you can easily identify those who have:
- Successfully checked in
- Not yet checked in
- Marked as a No Show
- A late status and have yet to check in
- Completed their shift
