Your rating feedback gives other employers insight into the gigger’s reliability, performance, and attitude, while also enabling the platform to recommend better-fit giggers for future roles. Note: Your written comments will be hidden from other employers.

In addition, highly rated giggers earn more points under the rewards scheme—motivating them to perform consistently and allowing them to earn greater cash rewards.
