Can I cancel a shift that I have posted?
We understand that unexpected situations may occur, requiring a shift cancellation. However, please be aware that our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and protect Giggers who have committed their time and availability for the scheduled shift.
If a cancellation or rejection occurs:
- Less than 48 hours before the shift start time, you will be required to compensate the Gig Worker with a minimum of 2 hours' pay based on their Pay Rate, or at least $20—whichever is higher.
- More than 48 hours before the shift start time, no compensation is required.
