What is Careers & Skills Passport?
The Careers & Skills Passport is a national digital repository that securely stores your verified skills, employment history, qualifications, and certifications. It allows you to organize your records, share them with employers, and use them for job applications or training opportunities.

What do I get from importing my profile from Careers & Skills Passport?

How do I connect my profile with the Careers & Skills Passport?

1. Log in to your FastJobs app and navigate to your Profile Page. Head to your Profile Page, where you’ll find the option [Import Profile from Careers & Skills Passport]. Tap on it to get started.
   
   
2. You’ll be prompted to log in with Singpass. Simply log in using either your Singpass app or your login ID and password.
   
   
3. A pop-up will appear asking if you'd like to create a new copy. Tap [Yes, create a copy] to allow FastJobs to duplicate your CSP information into your profile.
   
   
   
   
4. Before your profile is imported, you’ll be asked to review your work experience and education. 
   
   
   To review your profile, tap on either work experience or education. If you notice any discrepancies or would like to make any updates, simply tap Edit next to the section you wish to modify.
   
   
5. Once you’ve confirmed your information, your work experience and education will appear as completed sections. Just tap Add to Profile to finish the import, and your updated profile is ready to go!
   
   

What should I do if my information is incorrect or needs updating?

What should I do if I can't connect my Careers & Skills Passport to my FastJobs account?
If you're experiencing technical issues, please screenshot the error message on your FastJobs app or web and email it to our Customer Care Team at customercare@fastjobs.sg, and our team will assist you accordingly.
