Finding the Right Candidates with Talent Search

Talent Search is a new feature that allows employers to proactively reach out to potential candidates by accessing a database of jobseekers on FastJobs. Instead of waiting for applications, you can invite candidates directly to apply for your job ads!

With this new feature, you can:

• Connect with candidates who tick all the right boxes in skills and experience.
• Skip the guesswork, go straight to qualified talent who are ready to shine.
• Hire faster, fill roles quickly with people who just fit.

How do I access  Talent Search?

It’s simple! Just log in to your Employer Dashboard, and click on the "Talent Search" tab from the top navigation bar.

How can I make use of Talent Search?

• Explore our Jobseekers Database: Discover a diverse pool of candidates actively looking for new opportunities.
• Search key terms that match your open roles, like “Admin”  and instantly discover jobseekers with relevant experience or a history of applying to similar positions.
• Use Filters to Find the Perfect Fit: Quickly narrow down your search with the available filters on the life sidebar, including:
  • Location
  • Availbility
  • Employment Status
  • Skills
  • Languages Spoken / Written

• View candidate profiles: Simply click the three dots located next to "Sent Job Invite." This will take you directly to the job seeker's profile, where details such as their previous work history, abilities, educational background, and job preferences are available.
  
  
  Note: Personal contact details like mobile number and email are hidden.

How do I invite candidates to apply?

Once you find a suitable candidate:

1. Click “Send job invite”.
   
   
   
   
2. Choose the job ad you want to invite them to apply for.
   
   
   
   
3. Optionally, you can also click “Send note” to add a message. You can use a saved template or create a new one.
   
   

Pro Tip: Save time with bulk actions

You can invite multiple candidates at once:

• Tick the boxes beside the names of the jobseekers you'd like to reach out to.
• Use the “Bulk send job invite” or “Bulk send note” buttons that appear at the top of the list.
