How does FastGig work?
After being onboarded by our Sales Team, you'll gain access to the Employer Dashboard, where you can post your first shift. To create a shift, you'll need the following details:
- Job Role & Description: A brief outline of the tasks involved.
- Working Location: The specific site where the Gigger will be required.
- Working Hours: The start and end times for the shift.
- Hourly Rate: The remuneration offered to the Gigger.
- Special Requirements: Any specific skills, experience, or certifications needed.
We recommend providing as much detail as possible to help us match you with the most suitable candidates. Ideally, we suggest allowing at least one week for deployment to ensure a smooth sourcing process.
Our Sales Team will ensure you're fully briefed on how to use the Dashboard during the onboarding process. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact your Account Manager for support.
