I can’t create an account. What should I do?

If you're having trouble signing up, here are a few common issues and how to fix them:

 

1. Didn’t receive the SMS confirmation?

FastJobs requires a Singapore phone number (+65) for account verification. If you’re using a non-Singapore/Malaysian number for the FastJobs MY portal, you may reach out to their helpline:


2. Invalid email address

Double-check that your email is typed correctly—no spaces or special characters. If you're still having trouble, try a different email or register using SMS confirmation instead.


3. “This email is already in use”

This means the email is already linked to an existing account. Try logging in instead, or sign up using another email address. Otherwise, you may reach out to us to have it deleted!
