    Response Ratings is a feature that displays your average response time to job seekers. It calculates this time based on how quickly you move candidates to different folders (Shortlisted, KIV, Hired, or Rejected) or schedule interviews with them.

    This feature offers several benefits:
    • Enhance Employer Branding: Your response ratings indicate a quick response time that showcases your company’s professionalism and efficiency. This boosts your reputation and makes your organisation more attractive to top talent.
    • Improve Hiring Experience: By highlighting your response times, response ratings can help speed up the hiring process and attract more candidates. A quicker response time than the market average keeps candidates engaged and interested in your job openings.
    • Help Manage Candidate Expectations: By displaying your response time, response ratings play a crucial role in setting clear expectations for job seekers, reducing uncertainty, and encouraging them to stay engaged throughout the process.
  2. How Does the Response Rating Appear to Jobseekers?
    On the FastJobs app, the employer responsiveness rating will be displayed directly below the company information when a jobseeker views the job advertisement details or clicks on [About the Employer].

  3. How FastJobs Tracks Response Time: A Closer Look
    To calculate response time, we compare the date and time when a jobseeker applies to the time you first update the candidate into a hiring status folder.

    • How long does it take for the system to update once the 'New' folder is cleared?
      The response time is updated every Monday and is calculated based on the duration between a jobseeker's application submission and the employer's first action of moving the application to a new folder. This response time is based on the average of the past 30 days. 

    • What are the various response times displayed?
      • Within 24 hours
      • 1-2 days
      • 3-4 days
      • 5-6 days
      • 7 days
  4. How Do I Boost My Response Ratings?
    • Check Your Employer Dashboard Regularly: Frequently log in to ensure you don’t miss new applications that could be a great match!
    • Set Reminders to Review Candidates: Use calendar alerts to stay organised and show candidates you value their time.
    • Be Consistent: Timely and consistent responses boost your ratings and establish your reputation as a considerate employer!
